Balance & coins

What are coins? +

Coins are the balance in your RepiySMS wallet that you spend on one-time OTP numbers and longer-term rentals. Every price in the catalog is shown in coins. When you top up with card on the Wallet page, coins are added after Stripe confirms the payment.

How do I add balance? +

Sign in, open Wallet in your account panel, choose a top-up amount, and complete checkout with Stripe. Coins usually appear within a few seconds. If they do not, refresh the wallet page or check Wallet → View transaction history while signed in to the same account you used for payment.

Do guests keep their balance? +

On the website you need a signed-in account to use the wallet and order numbers. Your coin balance and order history stay with that account when you sign in from another browser or device.

I was charged coins but I do not see a code yet +

Ordering a number spends coins immediately because we reserve a live line from our provider. The verification SMS can take from a few seconds up to a couple of minutes depending on the service you are signing up for. Keep the OTP order page open in your panel; the code appears automatically when the message arrives. You are not charged twice for waiting.

Where can I see charges and refunds? +

Open Wallet in your account panel, then View transaction history. Card top-ups, OTP orders, rentals, and refunds are listed there with descriptions. Refunds from cancelled or timed-out OTP requests also show as wallet credits.

OTP verification

How does a one-time OTP number work? +

You pick a country and service (for example WhatsApp or Telegram), confirm the price, and we assign a temporary phone number. Paste that number into the site or app you are verifying. When their SMS arrives, we display the message and highlight the verification code on your OTP order page in the panel.

How long is the number active? +

Each OTP line has a limited active window shown as a countdown on the order page. Use the number only during that period. When time runs out, the line expires and cannot receive new messages. You can order a fresh number if you still need a code.

Where will my verification code appear? +

Stay on the OTP order page in your panel after ordering. We check for incoming SMS in the background while the request is pending. As soon as the provider delivers the text, the code card updates. You can copy the number or the code from the page.

What does “Check again” do? +

While you are waiting, Check again refreshes the order without leaving the page. We also check for new SMS automatically every few seconds in the background. If the service you are verifying allows resending the code, trigger a new SMS from their side after a minute.

Which number format should I paste? +

Copy the number exactly as shown on the order page. Some forms want the full international format; others reject the country code. If SMS never arrives, try the digits without the leading country code, or use a VPN exit node in the same country as the number.

Services & countries

Why is a country or service missing from the list? +

We only show combinations that currently have stock at our SMS provider. If a country or service disappears, supply is temporarily zero. Search again later or pick a nearby country that still lists your service.

What do the counts and flags on the catalog mean? +

Service rows may show how many countries are in stock and small flag previews. Country rows show how many services are available there. These hints help you find a working pair faster without opening every price row.

Why do prices change between countries? +

Rates depend on provider cost, demand, and success rate for each country and service pair. The exact coin price is always shown before you confirm an order in the panel.

I picked the wrong service name +

The service name must match what the verification form expects (brand name from our catalog). Ordering for the wrong service often means no SMS will ever arrive. Cancel if you are still within the rules, then start a new request with the correct service.

Cancellations & refunds

When can I cancel an OTP request? +

You can cancel while the request is still pending, except during the first 30 seconds after the number is assigned. That short lock gives the provider time to activate the line. After 30 seconds, use Cancel request if you no longer need the number.

When are OTP coins refunded? +

Eligible coin charges return to your wallet when you cancel in time or when the request expires without a completed verification, according to our provider rules. Refunded requests show as cancelled or expired on the detail screen. Completed orders (code received) are not refunded.

My request expired before SMS arrived +

An expired line can no longer receive messages. You may still see a one-time option to fetch SMS if the provider reports a late message. Otherwise order a new number. Timeout refunds, when applicable, are credited automatically.

Are rental refunds the same as OTP? +

No. Long-term rentals have a separate refund flow with a 20-minute window and stricter rules if any SMS already arrived on the line. Use the refund screen on your rental detail page for rental-specific policy.

Account & privacy

Why should I sign in? +

A signed-in account ties your wallet, OTP history, rentals, and live chat to you across browsers and devices. You need an account on the website to top up with Stripe, order numbers, and open support chat.

What data do you store? +

We store what is needed to run the service: account details, wallet transactions, and your SMS orders so we can show codes to you. Our Terms and Privacy pages describe retention and your rights in full.

Sound and vibration alerts +

Sound and vibration when a verification SMS arrives are available in the iOS and Android apps under Settings → Alerts. The website shows new messages on your open OTP order page and in your panel inbox.

Support

When should I use live chat? +

Use live chat in your account panel (sign in required) if a Stripe top-up failed to deliver coins, a request looks stuck after a long wait, or you see an error you cannot fix by ordering again. Have your request ID or wallet transaction handy.

Can I email support instead? +

Yes. Use the Contact page on this site or email us directly. Email is best for billing questions, Stripe receipts, or issues that need attachments.

I still cannot receive SMS on any number +

Confirm you chose the correct service, try another country with stock, match your IP to that country, and retry without the country code. If every attempt fails, the platform you are verifying may block virtual numbers; chat with us and we will review your recent requests.
