Account Deletion Policy

This Account Deletion Policy explains how registered RepiySMS customers can delete their account, what happens to wallet coins and order history, and what information WEBISSO LLC may retain after deletion. It supplements the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. How to delete your account

If you are signed in on the website, open Panel → Settings and choose Delete account. You must tell us why you are leaving (this helps us improve the service) and confirm that you have read this policy. Deletion is permanent for the account login: you will not be able to sign in again with the same credentials unless you create a new account.

You can also email [email protected] from your registered address if you cannot access the panel. We may ask for additional verification before processing the request.

2. What we delete

When deletion completes, we remove or deactivate the personal account record tied to your sign-in, including profile fields, API tokens, push device registrations, and access to in-app live chat as that user. Related records that exist only to serve your account (for example coin ledger lines and number orders linked to your user ID) are removed or anonymized according to our database rules.

3. Coins, purchases, and refunds

Deleting an account does not automatically refund unused coins or reverse charges made through Apple, Google, or Stripe. Any remaining coin balance is forfeited when the account is deleted unless a mandatory law requires otherwise. If you believe a store charge was made in error, contact Apple or Google (for in-app purchases) or us (for web card top-ups) before deleting your account.

4. Information we may keep

We may retain certain records after deletion where required for fraud prevention, accounting, tax, chargeback defense, security investigations, or legal obligations. This can include payment and top-up metadata, aggregated usage statistics, support correspondence, and the deletion reason you provide. We do not use retained records to market to you as a deleted user.

5. Guest and third-party sign-in

Guest accounts created in the mobile app may have limited data. If you signed in with Google or Apple, deleting your RepiySMS account does not delete your Google or Apple identity; it only removes your RepiySMS profile and data as described here.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page; continued use of the deletion flow after changes means you accept the updated policy when you confirm deletion.
