End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and WEBISSO LLC and covers the RepiySMS mobile application for iOS and Android (the “App”). The App is licensed, not sold. Apple and Google are not parties to this EULA, except that their store terms also apply to the download and to in-app purchases.

1. Acceptance

By installing, copying, or using the App, you agree to this EULA, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

You must meet the eligibility requirements in the Terms of Service, including being at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live.

2. License

WEBISSO LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely to access the RepiySMS service for your own lawful use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The App, its design, text, graphics, and software are owned by WEBISSO LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. “RepiySMS” and related branding are used by WEBISSO LLC.

3. What the App does

The App lets you browse countries and services, order a short-lived virtual number for a verification SMS, rent a monthly line, read messages inside the App, buy coin packs, redeem a promo code, review your wallet, manage your profile, contact live chat, and receive optional push alerts when a message arrives. You may start as a guest. Creating an account or signing in is described in the Terms of Service.

The App is a client for our service. It does not itself operate a mobile network. Delivery of SMS depends on our servers, upstream number providers, and the sender of the message.

4. Store terms and purchases

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this EULA is between you and WEBISSO LLC only, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the App if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App. Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the App, including product-liability claims, consumer-protection claims, or claims that the App infringes intellectual property. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

If you downloaded the App from Google Play, Google’s terms apply to the download and to billing. WEBISSO LLC, not Google, is responsible for the App and for support of the service.

Coin packs are in-app purchases. The store shows the price and processes payment. Coin value, acceptable use, and when coins return to your wallet are covered by the Terms of Service and Refund Policy. You must not attempt to obtain coin packs except through the stores or a promo code we issue.

5. Restrictions

You may not, and may not allow others to:

  • copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the App, except as applicable law expressly permits;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the limited extent that law forbids this restriction;
  • rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or distribute the App or your access;
  • remove proprietary notices;
  • use the App to violate the Terms of Service, including fraud, harassment, or abuse of virtual numbers;
  • interfere with the App’s security or with other users’ use of the service;
  • use the App on a device you do not have the right to use, or through an unauthorized automated client.

6. Updates and availability

We may release updates through the App Store or Google Play. Some updates may be required for the App to keep working. Features may change or be removed. The App needs a network connection and a compatible operating system. We do not promise that the App will work on every device or OS version.

7. Your device data

The App stores an access token and a device install identifier in secure storage on the device, and may store preferences such as sound and vibration for alerts. Push tokens are registered with our servers only after you grant notification permission. Analytics described in the Privacy Policy may run when included in your build. You can remove local data by signing out where available, uninstalling the App, or clearing app storage, subject to guest-account behavior in the Terms of Service.

8. Support

Support for the service is provided by WEBISSO LLC, not by Apple or Google. Contact us in the App’s live chat or at [email protected], or by phone at +1 (209) 208 0078. We aim to respond to genuine support requests but do not guarantee a particular response time.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that SMS will be delivered or that third-party services will accept a virtual number.

Liability limits in the Terms of Service apply to the App. Nothing in this EULA limits liability that cannot legally be limited. If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights in your country that this EULA does not override.

10. Termination

This license ends if you uninstall the App or if we terminate your access under the Terms of Service. When the license ends, you must stop using the App. Sections on ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, and liability survive.

11. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, subject to any non-waivable consumer protections where you live. Venue and the pre-claim notice process are the same as in the Terms of Service.
